Wheeling Systems Checker 5.0.3

This is the most powerful version of the software. The code has been rewritten from scratch to take advantage of all the improvements made available by the new version of the Microsoft .Net 7 framework.

Unfortunately, this has led to making some compromises. For example, the software cannot operate on Windows Vista and is currently only available in the 64-bit version.
